2007 EXHIBIT BOOTHS FACTS-AT-A-GLANCE

1. Booth assignment starts Tuesday, October 17, 2006. E-mails to energy2007@govenergy.com dated 12 noon EST or later received on or after that date will be processed in the order received. You will be notified within 48 hours of your assigned booth.
2. Each 8'x10' booth includes the following:
   • 8' background drape
   • 3' side divider drapes
   • 7" high by 44" long ID sign
   • Aisle carpet and general exhibit hall cleaning
   • Product description in the Exhibitor directory distributed at the workshop
   • Two full workshop registrations for booth personnel
   • Five limited access passes for booth personnel to the exhibit hall
3. Additional furniture, electric service, phone connections, or other services and equipment not provided in the booth package can be ordered through the Exhibitor Service Kit which will be published by MC² in April.
4. Installation times: Saturday, August 4, from 10 am through 4:30 pm, and Sunday, August 5, from 8am through 3 pm. Set-up must be completed no later than 3 pm Sunday, August 5, 2007.
5. Exhibit dates and times: The exhibit will be open the following hours: Sunday, August 5, 5 pm - 7pm; Monday, August 6, 10am - 7:30 pm, and Tuesday, August 7, 7:30am - 3 pm.
6. Dismantling dates and times: Tuesday, August 7, beginning at 3 pm. Tear-down must be completed by 10 pm Tuesday, August 7, 2007.
