3. DOD Energy Program

Officials from the Department of Defense will provide an overview of current energy policy and guidance.  The session will focus on the DOD's utility privatization program, including actions taken as a result of the 2006 Government Accountability Office (GAO) report.  Changes in the OSD guidance will also be discussed and participants will be provided with an update on DOD's ESPC program.  Included is a discussion on the OSD guidance for ESPCs.
