Rates and Dates

Early Bird Rate: $495 – Available to everyone until June 10, 2009 (payment must be made by June 10, 2009 in order to receive rate)
Federal Agency Rate: $495 – Available until July 28, 2009
Regular Rate/Non-Federal Agency/Onsite Rate: $595
Daily Attendee Rate: $245
Exhibit Hall Pass: $50 (per day rate – providing access to all exhibit hall related events)
Only registered attendees may attend the GovEnergy training sessions. Daily passes to the exhibit hall are available onsite, each morning for $50 at the GovEnergy registration desk. Exhibit hall passes provide access to the Exhibit hall during show hours are not intended to augment Exhibit Hall booth staff.
Reception-Only Pass for Tuesday August 11 at Waterplace Restaurant: $40 – Available onsite at the GovEnergy registration desk.
Optional Technical Tours Sunday August 9: Vary in price. Check for remaining space availability onsite at the GovEnergy registration desk.

Onsite Registration Hours

GovEnergy's on-site registration desk is located outside the entrance to the Exhibit Hall. Attendees may obtain their badges, receive information regarding registration and events, acquire exhibit hall passes, and sign up for technical tours.

	Sunday, August 9	7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
	Monday, August 10	7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
	Tuesday, August 11	7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
	Wednesday, August 12	7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Exhibitors

Guests

Only registered attendees may attend GovEnergy training sessions. As mentioned above, daily passes to the exhibit hall are available each morning for $50 at the onsite GovEnergy registration desk, granting access to all exhibit hall-related networking events. Guest passes for the Tuesday night reception at Waterplace Restaurant are available for purchase for $40 at the GovEnergy registration desk.

Payment Information

Payment must be received by July 28, 2009. Unpaid registration fees will be collected on-site prior to obtaining an attendee badge.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations between June 10th and July 28th will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. There will be no refunds after July 28th. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. You may substitute attendees at any time by sending written notice of the change by July 31, 2009. After July 31, 2009, please bring the information to the on-site registration desk at GovEnergy. Cancellations and changes must be done in writing only; phone changes and cancellations are NOT allowed.
