Known for their flexibility and portability, vinly banners are a popular form of indoor/outdoor signage. As part of GovEnergy's ongoing efforts to be green, GovEnergy collects old, unused vinyl banners and converts them into pad folios. The pad folios are distributed to all registered attendees during GovEnergy.
