REGISTRATION HOURS
GovEnergy's registration desk will be located outside the entrance to the trade show.
REGISTRATION PAYMENT INFORMATION
Early registration is encouraged. Federal employee credit cards will NOT be charged until July, 25, 2011 UNLESS the federal employee selects "I will pay now now" during the online registration process.
Unpaid registration fees will be collected onsite prior to obtaining an attendee badge. Onsite payment options include credit card, cash, and company check.
GovEnergy accepts the following credit cards:
- Master Card
- Visa
- American Express
GovEnergy accepts bank checks, cashier checks, and company checks. GovEnergy does not accept personal checks. All checks must be drawn from U.S. Banks. Checks should be made payable to MC2 – GovEnergy 2011. Checks should be mailed to:

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations between June 11th and July 25th will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. There will be no refunds after July 25, 2011. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. You may substitute attendees at any time by sending a written notification by August 1, 2011. After August 1, please bring all adjustment details to the onsite registration HELP DESK at GovEnergy. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing; phone changes and cancellations are NOT permitted.
