What are the payment options?
Payment, in U.S. Funds, can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or check (bank checks, cashier checks, or company checks. GovEnergy does not accept personal checks). 
Federal Employees: Credit card payments will not be processed until July 25.
Non-Federal Employees: Credit card payments will be processed at the time of registration.

What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations received between June 19 and August 10 will be charged a fee of $50.00. No refunds will be issued after August 10. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. You may substitute attendees at any time by sending written notification by August 10. After August 10, please bring all registration adjustment details to the onsite Registration Help Desk at GovEnergy. Any cancellations or changes made onsite must be made in writing. Learn more.

Where can I find a schedule?
An event schedule has been posted to the GovEnergy website. In an effort to reduce paper waste, GovEnergy will offer free mobile apps for various smart phone platforms. GovEnergy will also provide a free WAP (a web application with nothing to download). Touchscreen monitors and information kiosks will be available throughout the America’s Center Convention Center. What type of education credits are being offered?
Education credits will be awarded based upon session attendance. Your attendee badge is scanned as you enter each GovEnergy training session, documenting your attendance. Training credits include:
NCMA – GovEnergy is now a National Contract Management Association education provider.
BOMI International – GovEnergy is now a BOMI International education provider.
USGBC – GovEnergy is an USGBC education provider.
AEE Certified Energy Manager – 1.25 CEUs/ 2.5 AEE credits for AEE recertification.
Professional Engineers – 12.5 professional development hours.
Professional Architects – 12.5 non-Health, Safety & Welfare (HSW) learning unit hours.

Does this event offer training certificates?
Training certificates will be available from the GovEnergy website beginning soon after the conference. You will need your attendee identification number to access your training certificate from the GovEnergy website. Your attendee identification number is printed on your GovEnergy badge. Please keep the paper badge insert from your attendee badge after GovEnergy. 

When should I plan on arriving and departing?
The training workshop begins Monday, August 20 at 7:30 am and ends Wednesday, August 22 at 2 pm.
The trade show begins Sunday, August 19 at 5 pm and ends Tuesday, August 21 at 4 pm.
Several technical tours will be offered throughout the day on Sunday, August 19.
A variety of pre-and post-GovEnergy events are held in conjunction with GovEnergy. While they are not a part of the official event program, they offer resources to maximize your learning experience, and should be considered when making your travel plans.
