Hosting a Pre or Post GovEnergy Event

Planning an agency meeting or industry training event? Maximize training and travel budgets by hosting it in conjunction with GovEnergy 2012!  Agency meetings and industry training events may be held either before or after GovEnergy, and must include a federal-focus, or an opportunity for federal participation free of charge (or at a nominal rate).

Event space is available for:

  • Friday, August 17, 2012
  • Saturday, August 18, 2012
  • Sunday, August 19, 2012 (*event must end by 5:00 PM)
  • Wednesday, August 22, 2012 (*event must start after 2:30 PM)
  • Thursday, August 23, 2012
  • Friday, August 24, 2012

*Agency meetings and industry training events may not conflict with the official GovEnergy Program Schedule.

For additional information or to request event space please contact Sarah Mabbitt (smabbitt@energetics.com). To request event space, please provide the following details:  
  • Name of company/organization
  • Name of the training event
  • Preferred meeting date and time  
  • Event point of contact (name, e-mail and phone number)  
  • Expected number of attendees
  • Event description for the GovEnergy website (optional)
  • Registration details; registration link and/or contact information (optional)
