Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor badges serve as all-access passes, granting full admission to the trade show, all networking events (including opening and closing sessions, receptions, coffee breaks, breakfast and lunch events) and the opportunity to attend any of the highly regarded technical training sessions.
Exhibitor badges must be worn throughout the entire event; especially during the set-up and dismantling of the exhibit hall. Exhibitor badges are not transferable. To ensure a quality experience for all those in attendance, GovEnergy 2010 will be limited to 4,000 registered attendees to reflect space and facility restraints. Pre-registration is encouraged. Please register through your Exhibitor Service Kit (mailed to your exhibit space contact). Onsite registration requests will be accepted based upon space availability and cannot be guaranteed. Exhibitors will be expected to pay the full regsitration fee if they choose to register onsite.
Guest Passes
Only registered attendees may attend the GovEnergy training sessions. Daily passes to the exhibit hall will be available for $50 every morning based upon space availability and cannot be guaranteed as GovEnergy 2010 will be limited to 4,000 registered attendees.

Promotional Items
Please keep in mind the 2010 theme, Blazin' Trails to Energy Solutions, especially when selecting your promotional items. GovEnergy fully supports energy efficiency, and is striving toward "greener" practices; we encourage you to choose your promotional items wisely. Many of the federal agencies no longer allow flash drives due to IT security concerns. We strongly discourage the use of flash drives as promotional items.
Special Exhibitor Training Opportunity: Monday August 16
Doing Business with the Federal Government is a three part training session offered on Monday, August 16 for private sector contractors and service providers who register to attend GovEnergy. All three sessions will provide comprehensive insights into the federal procurement process. Doing Business with the Federal Government will be of special interest to those who are new to doing business with the federal government as well as to those who are seasoned practitioners. These sessions address both basic and advanced topics. All registered exhibitors are permitted to attend these three training sessions. Registration is not required. All three sessions are first come, first serve; plan to arrive early to ensure a seat.
- Part 1: Overview of GSA Contracts
10:30 am - 12:00 pm
This session will provide an overview of GSA contracts. - Part 2: Other Ways to Do Business
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
This session is designed to address ways to do business with the federal government other than with a GSA schedule contract. - Part 3: Innovative Uses of the GSA Schedule
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
This session discusses new and innovative uses of GSA schedule contracts.
Certificates of Insurance
Certificates of insurance or other satisfactory evidence of insurance naming MC2, GovEnergy, and the Dallas Convention Center as the certificate holder for the above insurance coverage required, must be furnished to MC2 on or before June 24, 2010 and will provide that there will be no cancellation or modification thereof without at least thirty days prior written notice to MC2, GSA, and the Dallas Convention Center. (See sections 12-14 of MC2's Rules Governing Exhibitors).
