Intent: GHG management - what is it and why is it important?

Description: This session surveys the science of GHGs and provides context for Federal GHG management priorities. Topics include the GHG effect, GHGs addressed by the EPA Mandatory Reporting of GHG Rule and EO 13514, scopes and emission sources, and the global impacts of GHGs on climate change.
