Intent: Learn about the Smart Power Infrastructure Demonstration for Energy Reliability & Security (SPIDERS).
Description: In response to attacks on operating systems for major critical infrastructure systems, DOD has been encouraged to adopt smart-grid technologies that would provide resilience against electrical disruptions and help installations increase efficiency, use renewable resources more effectively, and manage and respond to changes in energy demand.
