Educational Credits

Beginning August 20, 2009, you will be able to print your GovEnergy certificate from your home or work computer. Certificates will be available for printing until December 31, 2009.

Each GovEnergy participant is eligible to receive education credits and training certificates. Participants will have their badges scanned prior to each GovEnergy training session, providing documentation of session attendance. The maximum credits outlined below are based on the hours spent in training during GovEnergy. CLUs (Continuous Learning Units) will be awarded based upon session attendance.

Maximum Training Credits Available:

  • Professional Engineers – 12.5 professional development hours
  • Professional Architects – 12.5 non-Health, Safety & Welfare (HSW) learning unit hours
  • Certified Energy Managers or other AEE sponsored certified professionals – 2.5 professional credits for AEE recertification
  • Acquisitions – 11 continuous learning points (CLPs)
