Badge Lanyards - 1 Available

Badge lanyards distributed to all attendees at registration.

Note: Price is based upon the industry partner providing lanyards. Additional options and badge lanyard customization are available for an additional fees to the industry partner.


Exhibit Hall Aisle Sign – 32 Sides Available

$800 per side

Your company name and logo will be displayed on a 4’x8’ overhead aisle sign visible throughout the entire exhibit hall.

Note: A minimum of 8 signs (16 sides) must be sold for this partnership. In the event that the minimum is not met, this industry partnership will be canceled and industry partners who have signed on to this opportunity will be refunded the cost of this particular industry partnership.


Exhibitor Directory Ad – Multiple Available

$750 - $1,800

Advertise in the GovEnergy 2009 exhibitor directory. Directories are distributed to all exhibit hall attendees.

Note: Your company will be responsible for both design and layout of this ad (advertisement deadline to be provided by GovEnergy).


Exhibit Hall Passport - Multiple Available

$2,500

Attendees will receive an exhibit hall passport, with instructions on how to play and win. Partnering exhibitors will be featured in the passport. Each partnering exhibitor will have a unique sticker to distribute to attendees visiting their booth. The objective is for participants to fill their passports by visiting each partnering exhibitor and then submitting their completed passport to the GovEnergy booth. During the last hour of the tradeshow, one of the passports will be drawn, and the winner will receive a free registration to GovEnergy 2010. The winner must be present at the time of the drawing in order to be eligible for the free registration.


Coffee Breaks – Multiple Available

$1,500

Your company name and logo will be displayed on a 22” x 28” sign during a coffee break of your choice in the exhibit hall.


GovEnergy 2009 Technical Tour Partner – 6 Available

$1,500

Choose from 1of the 6 optional technical tours that occur on Sunday, August 9, prior to the start of GovEnergy. Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed on the tour bus(es). Choose from the following:

Opening Networking Reception – SOLD OUT

Your company name and logo will be displayed on four (4) - 4’ x 8’ signs and on table- top signs during the Opening Networking Reception.  Receive further recognition when your company name is announced over the PA system.


GovEnergy Job Board – 1 Available

A great opportunity to connect with GovEnergy attendees and participants in the Green Jobs Workshop (occurring Sunday, August 9). Have your message prominently placed on the GovEnergy Job Board, where attendees, partners, and vendors can post resumes or employment opportunities.


Refueling Station: Ice Cream Cart - 3 Available

$4,000 per station

Provide attendees with the opportunity to indulge in an ice cream in the exhibit hall. Your company's name and logo will be prominently displayed upon the ice cream cart

Note: Partnership fees include 500 servings, where ice cream is distributed in the exhibit hall during a pre-arranged day and time. Industry partners will have the opportunity to distribute promotional materials at a small table adjacent to the ice cream cart. 


Refueling Station: Cappuccino Cart - 3 Available

$4,000 per station

Provide attendees with the opportunity to indulge in a cappuccino in the exhibit hall. Your company's name and logo will be prominently displayed upon the cappuccino cart.

Note: Partnership fees include 500 servings, where cappuccino is distributed in the exhibit hall during a pre-arranged day and time. Industry partners will have the opportunity to distribute promotional materials at a small table adjacent to the cappuccino cart.


Cyber Café - 1 Available

$25,000

Put your company in the spotlight with our ever-popular cyber café:

  • Customized tabletops with your company’s name and logo
  • Recognition on cyber café overhead signage
  • Your company logo as a “screen saver” on cyber café computer monitors
  • Recognition in the exhibitor program guide

Note: The cyber café will be located in a high traffic area outside of the exhibit hall.


GovEnergy 2009 WaterFire Mini Fire Celebration - 1 Available

$30,000

The GovEnergy 2009 WaterFire “mini fire” will occur immediately after the GovEnergy Tuesday night networking reception scheduled for August 11, 2009. The reception will be held at Market Square and the RISD Art Museum from 6:30 PM-8:30 PM. The mini fire will include 12 braziers on “the wall” across from Memorial Park and the 16 braziers running from College St. to Washington St., in front of the RISD auditorium, for a total of 28 braziers along the three rivers of downtown Providence. There will be accompanying music beginning approximately 20 minutes after sunset until 11:30 PM (approximate start time for the fires is 8:30 PM and end time is 11:30 PM).

  • Guest Lighter Opportunity
    4 guests will have the special honor to “kick off” the event, by participating in a small lighting ceremony, igniting the 28 braziers from 2 custom built vessels.
  • Boat Ride
    8 guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a VIP ride through the fires. Guests will take in both the sights and sounds of WaterFire, enjoying a rare view, set to music. Up to 8 guests may ride at a time (each boat ride lasts approximately 20-25 minutes allowing for 2 separate trips, 16 guests in total).
  • Advertisement in the GovEnergy 2009 exhibitor program guide
    Your company will be given one (1), full page color advertisement in the GovEnergy 2009 exhibitor program guide. The GovEnergy exhibitor program guide is distributed to over 2,000 attendees.

  • Mention of platinum level partnership status in the GovEnergy 2009 exhibitor program guide
    Your company will be acknowledged as a platinum level partner within the GovEnergy 2009 exhibitor program guide.
  • GovEnergy website
    Your company’s logo and website link will be posted (as a hyperlink) to the GovEnergy website, acknowledging your organization’s partnership with GovEnergy, and for providing WaterFire, following the August 11, Tuesday night offsite networking event.
  • WaterFire website
    Your company will be listed on the schedule section of the WaterFire website along with a website link which will also be posted (as a hyperlink) to the WaterFire website.
  • WaterFire poster
    1 personalized, professionally framed poster, measuring 20”x39”, featuring unforgettable moments captured from WaterFire. The poster, signed by WaterFire’s artistic creator, Barnaby Evans, will provide a lovely keepsake.
  • GovEnergy exhibit hall entryway signage
    Your company’s logo will be prominently featured upon the entryway signage to the GovEnergy exhibit hall.
  • Signage
    Signage acknowledging your support of WaterFire will appear both in the exhibit hall and at the GovEnergy Tuesday night networking event.

GOVENERGY INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP LEVELS

Note: All GovEnergy 2009 industry partners will be recognized in the closing program. All GovEnergy 2009 industry partners who submit their company logo by June 4, 2009, will have their company logo included in the GovEnergy 2009 Pocket Guide.

Platinum Level Industry Partner

$25,000+

Industry partners who select either the cyber café or the WaterFire package are considered platinum industry partners. In addition to the partnership package, your company will receive recognition in the exhibitor directory and your company logo will appear (in color) on the entry signage to the GovEnergy exhibit hall.


Gold Level Industry Partner

$5,000+

Industry partners who spend more than $5,000 on any one (or combination) of the partnership packages are considered gold industry partners. In addition to the partnership package, your company will receive recognition in the exhibitor directory and your company logo will appear (in color) on the entry signage to the GovEnergy exhibit hall.


Silver Level Industry Partner

$2,000 - $ 4,999

Industry partners who spend between $2,000 - $ 4,999 on any one (or combination) of the partnership packages are considered silver industry partners.  In addition to the package(s) chosen, your company will receive recognition in the exhibitor directory.


Bronze Level Industry Partner

$500 - $1,999

Industry partners who spend between $500 - $1,999 on any one (or combination) of the partnership packages are considered bronze industry partners.  In addition to the package(s) chosen, your company will receive recognition in the exhibitor directory.
