Rates and Dates

  • Federal Rate: $495 – Available while online registration is open. After online registration closes, on-site registration is $595.
  • Early Bird Rate: $475 – Available to everyone until June 13, 2008. To receive the Early Bird rate, individuals must pay by the Early Bird cut off date.
  • Regular Rate / Non-Fed / On-site: $595
  • Daily Attendee Rate: $245

Note: Attendee must be an employee of the Federal Government to qualify for the Federal Rate. Government Contractors are not considered to be Federal Attendees and are encouraged to register by the Early Bird deadline of June 13, 2008.

All participants in GovEnergy sessions, meal functions, social events, and other programs must be registered for the event. Only fully registered attendees will be allowed in the sessions. Tickets will be sold at the on-site registration table for guests wishing to attend meal functions, networking events or tours.

Speakers

If you are a speaker, contact your Track Lead for speaker registration information. Speakers must complete registration via the speakers-only web site.

Payment Information

Payment must be received prior to GovEnergy. Unpaid registration fees will be collected on-site prior to obtaining an attendee badge.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations between June 14th and August 6th will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. You may substitute attendees at any time by sending written notice of the change by July 25, 2008. After July 25, 2008, please bring the information to the on-site registration desk at GovEnergy.
